  • Do you offer Corporate Accounts? +

    Yes. Ideal for businesses who need a regular and reliable taxi service, our accounts option allows for clients to take regular journeys without the annoyance of multiple receipts and expenses from different employees - instead, settling for a single regular invoice, email straight to your accounts department.
  • What is involved in an Airport Transfer? +

    Most of our clients book airport transfers for the efficiency.  It immediately eliminates stresses of trains, exorbitant parking and getting lost on route; we take you door to terminal, terminal to door. When meeting you at the airport, we follow flight times and schedules remotely, to ensure we arrive when you do as far as possible.  This also means you're not paying for us to sit around waiting. We also offer a greetings service; we'll meet you at your door to help with bags, and meet you at the gate so you can find your way easier.
  • Do I need a booking? +

    No. For many our pre-booking service is a helpful way to be organised in advance, but they're not necessary. Just give us a call and we'll get a driver to you as soon as possible.
  • How long will you wait, if I'm running behind? +

    Because we charge by mile, you don't need to worry about our drivers turning on a meter and running up your fare. We'll happily wait for 5 minutes from your booking time*, and give you a follow up call before leaving.
  • What's your policy on cancelling bookings? +

    We understand that things don't always go to plan, and arrangements change. Which is why we're happy to cancel any booking without penalty, up to 48 hours prior to the collection.
  • I left my bag in one of your cars, how can I get it back? +

    If at any point you feel you've left something in one of our cars, just give us a call on 01923 527 007 OR 01442 590 007, and we will be happy to arrange for you to get any property returned at the earliest convenience.
  • How much will my journey cost? +

    Unlike many local taxi firms, we charge by the mile. This means, we know what your journey will cost before you leave. It means you'll always pay the same rate for repeat travel. But more importantly, it means you're not charged for things you can't control; like weather or traffic, building up your fare.
